BUYING TICKETS

Please visit: oregondairy.org/cart

Your login is your email address. If you have previously set up an ODI online account, you will have your password set already. If you forgot your password, simply click on FORGOT PASSWORD and a new temporary password will be emailed to you.

Please do not create a new account if you or your company have previously been associated with ODI. This creates a duplicate in the system. Call Reitha McCabe with questions, 541-264-5882 or email reitha@oregondairy.org.

CONFERENCE

Conference registration includes lunch. Full conference and 1-Day registration on Wednesday include the Cheesetray event. Additional Cheesetray tickets can be purchased online or at the conference for $35. Life members pay only the total of lunches and Cheesetray (the conference is free!). Guest lunches can be purchased for the life member price.

Discounts apply AFTER 2 registrants from the same company have paid full price. The third, and each additional registrant may take the reduced rate. Registration fees must be postmarked by March 2nd for the early bird pricing. ODI accepts all major credit cards through the site and in person.

CONFERENCE SPONSORS

Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Sustaining ODI Conference sponsors have mention in our emails, in the conference booklet and their logos are displayed on screen during the conference. Entry level sponsors have their logo in the conference booklet. Platinum sponsors are also allowed free ad space in our conference booklet. Digital art work, 8 ½ X 11 in jpg or pdf format should be emailed to reitha@oregondairy.org by March 2nd.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION

Conference registration cancellations are available (less a $50 cancellation fee per registrant) on or before March 2nd. The cancellation fee is $75 per registrant after that date. No refunds after March 22nd.

EXHIBITORS

Please indicate your first and second choices for booth or table space in an email to Reitha McCabe (reitha@oregondairy.org). See the map online for remaining space availability. All exhibitors and sponsors are allowed free ad space in the conference booklet. Digital art work 8 ½ X 11 full color in jpg or pdf format should be emailed to reitha@oregondairy.org by March 2nd. Exhibitors are not required to be ODI Members, but membership is appreciated.

50% cancellation fee on pre-registered exhibitors up until March 2nd. No refunds issued for cancellations after March 2nd.

GOLFERS

Register online at https://www.oregondairy.org/cart This year’s golf tournaments will again be held at Langdon Farms Golf Club in Canby on July 17, 2019 starting at 7:45 am. Sign up your golfers, reserve foursomes, and sponsor holes.

All proceeds from the Golf Tournament and the Cheesetray auction benefit the OSU Bodyfelt Scholarship Endowment which provides scholarships to Food Science students at OSU who will specialize in dairy food processing. Form your own foursome or be placed in a foursome. Arrive to check in 45 minutes early and have a chance to purchase raffle tickets (cash only). Food and beverages available on site throughout the day, ODI will also host an awards luncheon and raffle at the conclusion of the golf tournament. Registration must be paid by 7/09/19. All players must wear soft or nonmetallic spikes. Proper Golf attire is appreciated.
