Exhibitor Information
April 12th and 13th, 2022 is Oregon Dairy Industries 110th Annual Conference at the Salem Convention Center in Oregon. We wanted to make sure you were invited to exhibit at the upcoming conference. We feel that your attendance is important, and we wanted to offer you the chance to display. This is your one opportunity, to reach the most important people in the Dairy Food Processing Industry, here in the Western US.
There are 17 booths on the landing and 13 tabletops down the hallway. We need to hear from you soon in order to reserve a spot for you first come first serve.
In addition to getting a chance to rub shoulders with the finest folks in the Dairy Industry, you will also be able to mingle Monday and Tuesday evening at the Supplier-sponsored hospitality suite in the Grand Hotel Board Room.
The Vendor displays are being offered on a first-come basis.
Costs
Table Top Display is $615 (if received by March 4th), $715 after that. This includes ONE exhibitor conference registration with Cheese Tray. The Conference Registration includes lunch and beverage breaks both days and one cheese tray ticket.
Curtained Booth Full 8 x 8 booth plus skirted table is $790 (by March 4th), $890 after that. This also includes ONE exhibitor conference registration. The Conference Registration includes lunch and beverage breaks both days and one cheese tray ticket.
Conference Registration Anyone manning the exhibit is required to register to attend the conference functions and lunches. The first registration is included with the price of the exhibit space. The cost for the 2nd person is $290 ($315 after March 4). The 3rd and subsequent persons are at $265/ea. ($290 after March 4).
ODI Supplier Membership Your company must be an ODI Supplier Member in order to display. The cost for yearly ODI Supplier Member dues is $325.00.
Hospitality Suite Sponsorship If you display, it is strongly recommended that you show your support for the Supplier Hospitality Suite. The cost for Hospitality Suite Sponsorship is $200. All hospitality sponsoring company names appear on a poster at the suite. Send copy of your logo directly to Jean Cettel: jean@ingredientresource.com.

Platinum Level Sponsorship includes link on our web site to your company web page. All logos should be to Reitha McCabe by March 4th.
Preregistration To pre-register and hold your exhibit space for 2022, we must receive your registration and $200 deposit. Full payment must be received by January 31st on all pre-registered spaces. A 50% cancellation fee would apply until March 4th. No refund after that date. Full registration packets will be sent out in February 2022.

Please don’t delay, as our vendor space is limited. On the Conference tab is information under Exhibitor Information along with a map of the exhibiting area.
LOGISTICS
Load in and set up is on Monday evening 4-6p, April 11th or 6:00 am on Tuesday morning, April 12th. If you ship ahead you must get your things from the Salem Convention Center office before 5 pm. Or call and have them move them up to the Pringle Creek Room. Reitha is there from 4-5:30 pm Monday and 6:30 am Tuesday.
Specify your need of power.
Specify 1st and 2nd choice of exhibit space. See map. Email reitha@oregondairy.org with your choice.
Spaces 18-30 are for 6 ft table top displays, 2 chairs, waste basket.
Spaces 1-17 are for full curtained booths with 6 ft skirted table, 2 chairs, waste basket.
Plan on lots of giveaways – like hats, key chains, etc.
Please provide printed literature on your products
DISPLAY DATES
Set up on evening of April 11th, 2022 4-6p
Display all day on Tuesday, April 12th.
Tear down is at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, April 13th. The Exhibit area will be used for the Cheesetray this year.
With your attendance, we encourage you to set up your exhibit with various literature, products displays and giveaway items like hats, pads, etc. Also, be ready to answer lots of questions from industry end-users. The tabletop and booth fees help to support this conference and cover facility rental expenses. In return for your support, you will have access to all breaks for networking.

Annual ODI Benefit Golf Tournament
The 2022 Golf tournament is scheduled for July 20, 2022.
