Exhibitor Information

April 14 & 15, 2020 is the annual conference for Oregon Dairy Industries. We want to invite you to exhibit at the event.

The exhibit show has booths and tables available (check the map online for current availability). We need to hear back by January 1 in order to reserve a spot for you. The printing deadline for conference booklet ads and sponsor ads is in early March. All exhibitors will be able to place an 8.5 X 11″ flyer in the conference program. Email an advertisement in pdf or jpeg to Reitha McCabe or upload online during the online registration process. Printing submission deadline is early March.

You are also encouraged to have a drawing for an item you will make available at your display. People will enter themselves into your drawing by dropping their business cards. Please bring a bowl of some kind for your entries. Those drawings will be conducted at the lunch on Wednesday morning. During the drawing of your item, your logo will be displayed on the big screens.

We feel that your attendance is important and we want to offer you the chance to display. This is your one opportunity to reach the most important people in the Dairy Food Industry here in the Pacific Northwest.

In addition to getting a chance to rub shoulders with the finest folks in the Dairy Food Industry, you will also be able to mingle Monday and Tuesday evening at the Supplier-sponsored hospitality suite in the Grand Hotel Board Room. And don’t forget the Cheese Tray event! It’s the perfect end to the convention.

Annual ODI Benefit Golf Tournament

Wednesday, July 17, 2019. Tee time 7:30am – 7:45am shotgun start, four-person scramble.

Form your own foursome or sign up as a single and you will be assigned to a foursome.

Benefit

All net proceeds to benefit the OSU Bodyfelt Scholarship Endowment Fund for students with a dairy foods focus.

Check In / Registration

Check in starts at 7 am. Arrive to check in 45 minutes early and have a chance to purchase raffle tickets. ODI will be hosting an awards luncheon and raffle at the conclusion of the tournament (cash only, please).

Food

Food and beverages available on site throughout the day (cash only, please).

Golf Attire

All players must wear soft or non-metallic spikes. Proper golf attire is appreciated.

Raffles

On site raffles require cash only.

Cost

$185 per player covers green fees, golf cart, awards, and lunch. Donations for the raffle are being accepted.

Sponsorship

Golf hole sponsorship is available prior to July. All golf sponsorship beginning at $1000 include at least one foursome. Please contact Greg Younger or Dirk Davis for more questions regarding sponsorship.

Deadline

The sponsorship deadline is June 10, 2019. Team and Player registrations will accepted until July 8th or until the field is full.
